Your Secret Set Sister.

Quietly exploring other career possibilities outside the wild and unpredictable ride that is the Unscripted media industry. After spending more than a decade working on demanding sets, enduring 16-hour days and six days a week, I find myself craving something different—perhaps even a traditional 9-to-5 routine. But how do we successfully pivot to a new path? Where do our existing skills best fit in outside of media? Will I be required to start completely from scratch? With the invaluable support of a strong community, I began having open conversations with colleagues and friends who have already left the media world for other industries, asking them about their personal journeys and transitions. We all face similar challenges in this process, and by coming together, we can overcome the heartache and confusion that inevitably come with starting a new chapter in our professional lives.
